39 <br />RES0LDTIo 20 <br />At a regular meeting of the village council of the Village of Mounds View, <br />duly field on the 16th day of March, 1959, tl•e following resolution was offered ry <br />Christensen and seconded by Gibson to -wit: <br />The Village Council of the Village of bounds View adopts the following as <br />additional procedure to Ordinance No. 60: <br />1. Not more than 1/3 of the Recreation Budget shall be <br />spent on the operation of Lakeside Park. <br />2. Financial records shall be audited by Clerks from <br />both villages twice a year. <br />3. Bookkeeping systems will be set up by the Clerks of <br />the villages and maintained by the Commission. <br />4. The Commission shall make provision for registration <br />of all who use the beacr for swimming. <br />NOW THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, Thai tie Village of Mounds View adopt these <br />additional procedures for orderly and efficient operation of Lakeside Park. <br />Upon the call of the roll the following members voted in favor of the resolution: <br />Christensen, Gibson and Sullivan. <br />The following members voted against its adoption: <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted. <br />Dated this 16th day of March, 1959. <br />Clerk, Earl E.
