WHEREAS, at a regulur meeting of the Village Cuu..cil or the <br />Village of Mounds View duly held on the 1st day of December, 1959, <br />the following resolution was offered by <br />Aof <br />end seconded by Lo -wiL: <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View was the owner of certain <br />premises located at 1450 West Highway 96, which lies withi:. the <br />corporate limits of the Villae of Arden Hills, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills purchased same tc ee used <br />as their village hall, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of hounds View does intend to construct <br />a village hall of its own within its ow„ corporate limits as soon <br />as practicable, <br />NOW, THEN, 31 IT &SOLVED, that the Vi1Ji c of Mounds View <br />shall hold its regular and special council meetings on the premises <br />located at 11+50 West Highway 96, Village of Arden Hills, until some <br />future time when other facilities for public meAl::,�s have been ob- <br />tained by the Village of Mou:.ds View. <br />Upon the call of the roll, the following members voted in favor <br />of the resolution: <br />Gibpon, Christensen, Malvin, Hodges, and Smith <br />The following m:.mcers v ,ted agai ":_st its adoption_: <br />None <br />Whereupon the irsayor declared the resolut,;.e,, :adupLe.i.. <br />Dated this <br />llL day of Deeauruer, <br />Earl E.
