eee <br />1 <br />A RESOLUTION RELrd..tNO TO THE CONJTRUCT N <br />A SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM,. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of M -unds View previous- <br />ly authorized and directed the Consulting Engineering fig of Comstock s <br />Davis tr; prepare a complete report on the sanitary ewe system needs o." <br />the Village of Mounds s Viers, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been deteriniteri that a method of full and <br />aomp1ete disposal of sewage is a teed not only existing for the Village of <br />Mounds View but for carious othee muni a palities located near the 'Village <br />or Mo;::,de View, and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the needs of the Village of Founds <br />View as to a complete system or sewage diapoea1 can reasonably be achieeed <br />and obtatrs,ed under a mutual agreemennt for the construction, maintenance awe <br />operation of such a system aith one or more other munnicipalitiee, and <br />WHEREAS, it appear in the best intereet cf the Village of <br />Mounds View that it study and gr estlgate the feasibility and advisability <br />of such a system, <br />NOW THEREFORE, B :*,T RESOLVED by the Council of the Will 3e <br />of Funds View: <br />Section 1, That upon receipt from any other munieipality <br />of a resolution similar in 'ontent and meaning <br />to thin resolution the Village Clerk, the Consulting Engir,= <br />eer, and Village Attorney of the Village of Mounds View are <br />hereby authorized and directed to ant in cooperation with <br />the officers, engineers and attorney of such other municipal- <br />ity or municipalities, and thereafter. as soon as they are <br />able, to report their findings to this Council. <br />Suction 2. That the Clerk of the Village of Mounds View <br />shale, upon receipt of any resolution as describ- <br />ed in SectlOn 1, above give notice to this Council of said <br />receipt. <br />Section 3.
