"V <br />Jerk <br />RFSOIUTION NO. lat <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />WATER WORKS IMPROVEMENT 1960 -2 and 1960 -3 <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a lateral water main <br />improvement in ti.e Village of Mounds View, and "chat said improvement <br />shall be designated as water works improvement 1960 -2 and water works <br />improvement 1960 -3, and to assess the benefited property for all or <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Mi:.resota <br />Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amend- <br />ed), <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by he Villar;e Council of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Comstock and <br />Davis for study and that they are instructed to report to ttre Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary *ray as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />ehould best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- <br />ment, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recomme._ded. <br />Said resolution was moved by Malvin and seconded by Smith <br />and was passed unanimously. <br />h <br />Adopted by the Council this G day of March, 1960. <br />
