Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />voti <br />Member Hodges then introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />1960 -2 AND DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE <br />DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of <br />(1) That Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -2 is hereby <br />ordered; and <br />(2) That the Comstock and Davis, Consulting Engineers, Rosemount, <br />Minnesota, is hereby authorized and directed to prepare <br />detailed plans and specifications for said improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by member Malvin and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: <br />Crane, Smith, Hodges, Christensen Malvin <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />-2- <br />
