EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAG OP MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall t'1 in the Village of Arden Hills on Mav, 1960, at 8:00 o't. iock P.M., with the following members present: Crane, Smith, Hodges, Christensen Malvin and the following members absent: None Comstock and Davis, Consulting Engineers, then presented detailed plans and specifications for the construction of Waterworks Improvement No. 1960-2. After such plans were thoroughly examined and discussed, Member Hodges introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS ON WATERWORKS XM ROVEMENT NO. 1960 -2. BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: (1) That the detailed plana and specifications heretofor prepared by Comstock and Davis, Consulting Engineers, for the construc- tion of Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -2 are hereby approved and ordered filed. (2) That this Council shall meet on TyPSrlay. Mav 31 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the _Arden ui1 s Vil1agp na11 in the Village of Arden Hills Minnesota, for the purpose of receiving and considering sealed bids for the construction of said improvement, and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin, published at Minneapolis, Ainnesota, once at least three weeks prior to the date of said meeting, which notice shall specify the time and place of the meeting, the nature of the work, that sealed bids for said work must be received by the Village Clerk prio to the time of said meeting, accompanied by a cashier's or certified
