BE I? RESOLVED, That the following list of <br />modifications and divisions, a copy of whim is attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the spaniel swan <br />atiinet the lands named therein, and cash treat of land therein iaeluded <br />is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount <br />of the 111404ftent lsvi®d against it. <br />2.
