M'SNNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 1'.. meetin. of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at l_ in said Village on the r- day of 1960 at p.m. with the following members present: Member z,Q.,+tJ introduced the following resolution and -:ova its adoption: A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT. iW,MNR8EA5. The Village Council has determined that certain assessments are to be modified or divided, NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of modifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby fouw.s to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levies, against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments over a period of fifteen years. the first of the ins to to tie payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1961 and shall bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire asseasment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1961. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for true year on all unpaid installments. 3. The owner of any property no asseused mky, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the oounty auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the village treasurer. except that no interest ahall be charged if the entire
