"1nneseta was held at <br />the G 'a4 Swhoo1 4 "Id V411°°ce CM the "I'd day of January 1961 at <br />Member troduoed the following resolution and waved <br />its adoptions <br />A RESOLUTION MODIFY= ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVREENT. <br />litEitEAS. The Village Council has determined that certain aaaossments <br />are to be modified or divided. <br />NOW, 1HSit8F0aE, BE I? ESSOLVED. That the foUawir.g list of <br />modifications and divisioma, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof. is hereby aseepted and shall constitute the special asaoss_e t <br />against the lands named therein. and each tract of land therein included <br />is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount <br />of t levied molest it. <br />Z. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments <br />oz over a period of fifteen the first of the installmeets <br />to be payable on or after the first Monday in January. 1961 and shall bear <br />interest at the rate of 6 per oeot per annum from the data of the adoption <br />of this sanent resolution. To the first installment shall be added <br />interest an the entire eseceement from the date of this resolution until <br />December 31. 1901. To mash subsequent installment when duo shall be added <br />interest for one year on all unpaid inetallments. <br />31.
