RESOLUTION FAVORING SANITARY Stag; DISTRICT AT <br />WHINSAS, this community is faced with an acute and critical problem of <br />sewage disposal; and <br />MOMS. this municipality has joined with five die: municipalities <br />to tore the Norte Suburban Sewerage Committee to cork toward a solution <br />of the sere problem; aed <br />=NNW in cooperation with the Sewerage Committee. we have sought <br />e of enabling legislation which would permit the municipalities <br />im tbic arca to join together to provide Bemuse dioposal facilities and <br />to bond for finanoing the taeilitisa; and <br />MHISMAS. the North Suburban Sewerage Committee has caused to be proparad <br />a gmmitary Sewer District Aet. wbish has been iatrodueed in the Minnesota <br />Moose of Representatives as Souse File No. 493; and Senate File So. 541 <br />WMINEAS, this couasil believes that the said Act would afford the <br />legislative relict seeded; <br />IF 49 (tv 't <br />NOW this council for the Village of Mounds view.
