RESOLUTION NO. <br />r <br />as fr'llows <br />Sewer District. <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN <br />SEWER DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, The Legislature of the State of Minnesota has <br />passed and adopted in amended form in both the House of Representatives and <br />the Senate certain enabling legislation commonly called the North Suburban <br />Act, and <br />WHEREAS, Such Legislation nevertheless empowers the City <br />of Fridley and City of Coon Rapids, and the villages of Brooklyn Park, Blaine, <br />Mounds View, and Spring Lake Park, to form for thet.r use a sewer district <br />within the area comprising their municipalities, and <br />WHEREAS, There is an urgent need to form a sewer district <br />within such area to provide the essential services of sewerage collection, <br />treatment and disposal to each of such municipalities and the inhabitants <br />thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4 of such act provides that proceedings for <br />the establishment of a district under the act are initiated by a resoltuion of <br />the governing body of one or more of the affected municipalities, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />1. That the City of _ridley and City of Coon Rapids, and the <br />villages of Brooklyn Park, Blaine, Mounds View, and Spring Lake Park shall create <br />a sanitary sewer district. <br />2. The name of the district shall be the North Suburban Sanitary <br />3. The district shal.. include the entire city of Coon Rapids, <br />and the Villages of Brooklyn Park, Blaine, Mounds View and Spring Lake Park, and <br />that part of the City of Fridley to he designated by the city engineer in a <br />subsequent resolution. <br />4. That there is an urgent need to form a sewer district within <br />
