Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re gular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held <br />at the Red Cak Scheel in said. Village on the 10th day of July <br />at g 2 00 p.m, with the following members present: Crane, Hedged, <br />Malvin, Christensen, and <br />Ad. Dep. Cl. Beog <br />and the following members absent: <br />Blanchard <br />moved its adoption: <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Member Crane introduced the following resolution and <br />d <br />A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT. <br />1961 <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments <br />are to be modified or divided, <br />NOW, THER0RE, BE IT PINOLVED, That the following list of <br />modifications and divisions, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment <br />against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is <br />hereby found to be benefited by the propose=d improvement in the amount of the <br />assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments <br />extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to <br />bepayable on or after the first Monday in January, 1961 and shall bear <br />interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption <br />of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added <br />interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until <br />December 31, 1961. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added <br />interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br />3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to <br />certification of the assessment to the county auditor, pay the whole of the <br />assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, <br />to the Village Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the <br />
