Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />the Ville Council of the Village of sounds View <br />Minnesota was held at the Tillage Hall in said Village on the 25th <br />day of SeatPmber 19_1jat on o'clock p.m. <br />with the following members present: Crane, Blanchard, Malvin, Hodges and <br />Christensen <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />EXTRACT OF EINUTES OF ':SING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEa Y.INNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO <br />PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCFr'.DI OS 1961 -1. I' <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest <br />that the Village of Mounds Vi av construct a water main <br />AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary <br />to acquire The East 15 feet of the North 250 feet of Lot 60, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota, Section 6, Township 30, Range <br />AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most <br />feasible location for such water main <br />is on the land above described; <br />AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such <br />real estate by right of eminent domain; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View <br />proceed to procure title to said real estate under its right of <br />eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed <br />to file the <br />=ue <br />
