EXTRACT OP MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to dui call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 25th day of September 1961 at 8:00 o'clock <br />p.m. with the following members present: Crane, Malvin, Hodges, Christensen and <br />Blanchard <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Crane introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION CORRECTING AN ASSESSMENT FOR WATERMAIN apROVSIB3NT.OSS <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that a certain assessmet <br />is to be corrected and modified: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the following assessment and modification, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted <br />and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein. <br />The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this modification <br />and correction to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the <br />County, and such assessment shall be collected and paid over in the sane canner <br />as other municipal taxes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Hodges and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in favor <br />thereof: Crane, Malvin, Hodges, Christensen and Blanchard <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared gassed and adopted. <br />'tee(if, <br />yor <br />
