ii <br />RESOLUTION NO._9_ <br />APPOINTING A REPRESpENTATIV.E <br />NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT <br />A RESOLUTION 'DESIGNATING AND <br />THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIIE <br />FOR THE YEAR 1962. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF Mounds View <br />SEC. 1: That pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1961, Extra Session, <br />Chapter 90, Sec. 5, Subdivision 2, the Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View makes the following selection <br />and appointment, to -wit: That Allan B. Crane is hereby <br />appointed from among the members of the Council of the Village of <br />Mounds View as a member of the Board of Trustees <br />of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District to serve on said <br />Board of Trustees of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District <br />during the year 1962 and until his successor is appointed and <br />qualified.
