M W <br />Persuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, <br />Minnesotawas held at the Mounds View Village Hall in said Village <br />on the 19th day of February, 1962 at 8100 P.M. with the following <br />members present' Crane, Blanchard, Hodges, and Sullivan. <br />Member Crane introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoptions <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mounds View agrees <br />that a Ramsey County League of Municipalities will be beneficial <br />for furthering research of problems common to the municipalities <br />and thereby aiding governmental progress. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota in regular <br />meeting duly called and held in the Village Hall, that approval <br />is hereby given to Chapter 728, Laws of 1962, which permits the <br />organization and operation of a Ramsey County League of Munici— <br />palities and for the Village to hold membership therein. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Blanchard, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following members voted in favor thereof: <br />Crane, Hodges, Sullivan, and Blanchard and the following members <br />voted against the sames <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Village Clerk` <br />PILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />(SEAL) <br />RE SOLUTION z, <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES 'OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />a9. <br />aayor <br />0 <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY <br />That I have carefully compared the attached foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held <br />on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof <br />on file in my office and the same is a full, true and correct <br />transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a <br />resolution certifying membership in the Ramsey County League <br />of Municipalities. <br />WITNESS My hand officially and the official seal of the <br />Village this day of 1962. <br />Village Clerk <br />
