(6 -661) <br />of the Village of Mounds View <br />of May <br />RESOLUTION 103 <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council <br />19 62, the following Resolution was <br />duly held on the 14th day <br />offered by Lloyd J. Blanchard Village Clerk <br />seconded by Allan B. Crane Mayor <br />to -wit: <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the <br />improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 394 renumbered as Trunk <br />Highway Fumber 35W within the corporate limits of the <br />Village of Mounds View from the That Corporate Malta <br />to County Road H2 and <br />WHE,(EaS said plans are on file in the office of the Department <br />of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as S.P. 6284 -23 (T.H. 351=394) <br />and dated Hay 4, 1962 <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans as so dated, marked, labeled and <br />identified are also on file in the office of the Verge Clerk; <br />and <br />of Trunk Highway Number 394 <br />within the limits of the Village of <br />be and the same hereby are approved. <br />Mounds View <br />WHLdiaS the term "said plans" as hereinafter used in the boy of <br />this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and <br />incorporate the plans in the foregoing recitals particularly identified <br />and described; <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans for the improvement <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number <br />35V <br />
