6284 -23 (35=70394) <br />2522 I Rev. <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mcede View duly b•td on the 14 day of May 1$2 the follow- <br />ing Resolution was offered by Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />seconded by Allan B. Crane <br />WHEREAS the Village of 'Mounds View has approved <br />the plans and specifications for the improvement of that part of Trunk <br />Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35' within <br />the corporate limits of the Vail ge of Fiio ads View from <br />the East Corporate Limits <br />and <br />WHEREAS in order to obtain Federal Aid in the construction of <br />said Trunk Highway Number 144 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 5W <br />the Bureau of Public Roads requires the assurance that the Village of <br />Mounds View will not suffer any encroachment of any nature or kind <br />RESOLUTION #104 <br />whatsoever on the right of way of said Trunk Highway Number 39 renum- <br />bered as Trunk Highway Number 4S7 within the corporate limits of <br />the said vcri mgr <br />of `.minds View. <br />Mayor to-wit: <br />to County Road E -2 <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said Village of'.•go nds View <br />does hereby agree and covenant that it will never permit or suffer, within <br />its corporate limits, any encroachment of any kind whatsoever, including <br />curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards other structures of any kind <br />whatsoever, upou the right of way of Trunk Highway Number 394 renum- <br />bered as Trunk Highway Number 355 and to the above end slid V4ll <br />of {iowg View hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, <br />permit, or grant or give any leave or liberty or any other consent of <br />whatever form for the construction or maintenance of any encroachment <br />whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or <br />other structures of any kind whatsoever, upon said right of way; and that <br />said Village of Mounds View will cooperate insofar as possible to <br />eliminate existing encroachments constituting traffic hazards and will <br />further take any necessary action to eliminate any encroachment that may <br />hereafter exist on said trunk highway right of way. <br />
