EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OE THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village <br />Hall in said Viilaae on the 9th day of July 1962 at B:00 p.m. with the following <br />members present: crane, Hodes, alvin and SttLivan <br />and the following members absent: Blanchard <br />Member Crane introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />1 08 A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR AREA WATER, LATERAL <br />WATER, WATER SERVICE AND WATER MAIN 60 -3. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments <br />are to be modified or divided, <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of <br />divisions a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby <br />accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, <br />and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br />proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments <br />extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to be <br />payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1961 and shall bear interest <br />at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this <br />assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the <br />entire assessment from the date of this resolutionn until December 31, 1961. To <br />each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all <br />unpaid installments. <br />3. The owner or" any property so assessed may, at any time prior <br />to certification of the assessment to the county auCiicui, pay the <br />whole o f th <br />assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment to <br />the Village Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the <br />entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution; <br />
