Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 10th day of September, 1962 at 8:05 p.m. <br />with the following members present: Crane, Blanchard, Hodges, Malvin and Sullivan <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS FOR WATERMAIN EXTENSIONS 1962 -2. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Watermain <br />Extensions 1962 -2, the following bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br />Barbarossa Sons, Inc. St. Cloud $28,847.00 <br />Peter Lametti Const. St. Paul $28,693.50 <br />Herbst Construction Co. Minneapolis $21,466.00 <br />Montgomery Const. Co. St. Croix Falls $17,443.00 <br />Walbon Excavating Minneapolis $18,872.00 <br />Randall Berglin Minneapolis $37,835.00 <br />Moretinni Construction St. Paul $28,191.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View, Minnesota: <br />1. That the bids be referred to the Village Engineer for study and <br />tabulation. <br />Member Hodges seconded the motion and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following members voted in favor thereof: Crane, Blanchard, Hodges, Malvin and <br />Sullivan and the following members voted against: None whereupon said resolution <br />was declared passed and adopted. <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />
