VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING Th'E NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY <br />DISTRICT TO ERRT ALL EFFORTS TO PROVIDE SEWAGE OUTLET <br />FACILITIES FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />Pursuant to due notice at a regular meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Mounds View held on the 11th day of March, 1963, at b:OO o'clock <br />P.M. with the following members present: <br />the following members absent: <br />r <br />Member r:9 introduced the following resolution. <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Mounds View is a member of the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Sewer District and has a duly designated representative on its Board of <br />Trustees; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View is in dire need of sewage disposal <br />facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District has the authority <br />and the power to provide such sewage disposal facilities to said village, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW That the Village request the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District <br />to provide pursuant to its statutory authority sanitary sewerage disposal facilities <br />to said village as soon as the district can feasibly do so, in the most practical <br />manner, either by constructing its own facilities, or by providing under contract <br />sewage disposal outlets, all within the powers authorized and granted to it by <br />statute. <br />The above resolution was seconded by Member es <br />and the following members voted in favor of said resolution: <br />C :ra ..3, 71oes, 77,1 anchar,', <br />the following members voted against: “2 <br />Said resolution was declared adopted this 11 day of ,.arcs: <br />1963. <br />
