E <br />Special Previalms <br />ice/ <br />by resolution dated <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />At a (mss iM0) (special) meeting of the Village, Council of the <br />of Mounds Vie pr duly held on the day o£ 0 v 19 -11 <br />the following RQsolution was offered by ,(fit <br />seconded by <br />to -wit: <br />1.111 RE,15 the image_ Council of the yivag of ]Isms pier <br />l approved the plans, elevations and <br />grades for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number, 341. renumbered as <br />Trunk Highway Number 55v within the, corporate limits of the Vi31ag, <br />of Hounds View from soot corpozate limits <br />to County Road 112 <br />,said plane being dated 3/15/63 do 3/8/A <br />$.P. 62%43 (T.H. 3 394) <br />marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 60 (35W391,) ;and <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has now prepared special <br />provisions marked, labeled and identified as &P 62$16•23_13,W1541_ <br />6266.90 (951.39&). 4020 Preis I IG 35W &9) 318 <br />which, together with the I•:innesota Department of Highways Specifications <br />for Highway Construction, da;:ed May 1, 1959, on file in the office of <br />the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for the im <br />provement of Trunk Highway :.umber renumbered as Trunk Highway <br />Number 35W and <br />W;AS a copy of said special provisions as so marked, labeled <br />and identified is also on file in the office of the Minos Clerk <br />NOW, THEN RE IT RESOLVED that said special provisions for the im- <br />provement of Trunk Highway Number 394 ,renumbered as Trunk Highway <br />
