125 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 13th day of May, 1963 at 6:00 o'clock <br />p.m. with the following members present: <br />Sullivan, Hodges, Crane, Bla Malvin <br />and the following members absent: <br />none <br />Member Sullivan introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING THE ASSESSMENTS FOR WA18R MAIN IMPROVEMENT <br />ON VILLAGE OWED PROPERTY. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following <br />assessments for Water Main Improvements have been levied against certain <br />parcels of land owned by the Village of Mounds View for parks and playgrounds, <br />as follows: <br />Property Zdentification <br />60- 7070- 260 -00 Lots 7,8,25 and 26, Property Location 6 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the 1962 assessments and all <br />previous assessments levied against the above described property be abated <br />and that the Village Clerk be authorized to file an application for relief <br />of Water Main Improvement assessments against the above described village <br />properties. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the County Auditor should not enter <br />assessment installments against any village properties <br />The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Crane <br />EXTRACT OP MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following members voted in favor thereof: <br />Crane, Blanchard, Malvin, Hodges, Sullivan <br />and the following members voted against the same: ri e <br />
