That this Council expresses thanks to and commends the Board of Trustees <br />of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District for the a.ork it has per- <br />formed in formulating and developing Sanitary Sewer Disposal Plan 3A and <br />requests the said Board to take further action to the full_ development and <br />implementation of the same. <br />2. The Council further recognizes that the development and implementation <br />of the plan, if it is to be successful, requires cooperation not only <br />of this Council but of the Councils of the other municipalities as well as <br />the people to be affected and benefited by the plan. Accordingly, this <br />Council asks the Board of Trustees of the District to proceed to develop and <br />implement the plan. <br />ATTEST: Ma r <br />WHEREAS, there is a need in the Village of Mounds View F sanitary sewer <br />improvements to promote and protect tiie public health and to Secure and <br />further enhance the valuation of properties and the general development of <br />commercial and industrial lands in the Village and area as a whole, to the <br />benefit of the Village and its inhabitants, and, <br />WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Disposal Plan 3A as now formulated and developed <br />by the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District provides a practical and <br />immediate means whereby sewage disposal facilities can be provided to the <br />Village and its inhabitants by imposition alone of connection and rental <br />charges to the users thereof without assessment or tax against those properties <br />and persons not using the same. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />as follows: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW THIS <br />c;;" DAY OF 1963. <br />(SEAL) <br />R E S O L U T I C' J, <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER DISPOSAL PLAN 3CAS <br />FORMULATED BY THE NORTH SUBURliAN.SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT. <br />-1• <br />
