129 <br /> PP <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF T1 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on the 24th day of June, 1963 at 8:00 p.m. with the following <br />members present: Blanchard, Sullivan, Malvin, Hodges <br />and the following members absent: Crane <br />Member Ho4ae5 introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor's office has requested that a disposition <br />be made of Division 32244, and <br />WHEREAS, the division involves no change in MA #34 assessment due to the <br />necessary adjustment for Highway 394 made under Division 30508, dated May <br />3, 1962, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the MA 34 assessment for Division <br />32244 described as <br />Subj to Hwy; part of NE 1/4 of NE 1 /4, Wly of line run SEly 425 ft <br />MOL from N Sec line par with 75 it Swly from CL of STH 10 -62; <br />th SEly to point 495 ft N of 516.12 ft W of S &E lines of sd <br />1/4 114; th S 495 ft par with E line of Sec. 17, T 30, R 23 <br />be in the amount of $1792.34. <br />2.
