the village treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire <br />assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution; and he <br />may, at any time thereafter, pay to the County Treasurer the entire amount of <br />the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the year <br />in which such payment is made. <br />4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />assessment to the County Auditor to be executed on the proper tax lists <br />of the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the <br />same manner as other municipal taxes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Sullivan, and upon a vote being taken, the following members <br />voted in favor thereof: Crane, Blanchard, Hodges, Sullivan and Malvin <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ss. <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW) <br />I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the <br />Village Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated with the <br />original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same is a full, true <br />and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution <br />adopting the assessment for Water Project 1962 -2. <br />WITNESS My hand officially and the official seal of the Village this <br />(SEAL) <br />22day of <br />July 1963. <br />
