STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />VILLAGE IF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY IF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RES LUTI14 T1 REDUCE AMI JNT F TAXES LEVIED F "A <br />SINKING FUND. <br /> 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Wands View, Minnesota was held <br />at the Village Hall on the 14th day of October, 1963 at 8 :00C'Clock <br />P.M. with the following members present: <br />Hodges, Blanchard, Malvin, Sullivan <br /> oft and the following members absent: None <br />Member rIanchard Introduced the followings resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br />Be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota as follows: <br />That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested <br />and directed to reduce by &,000.00 the taxesievied for collection <br />in th+ext ensuring year for payment to the Sinking Fund for the <br />retirement of principal and interest on the Water Improvement Bond. <br />The total amount to be collected will be reduced from $24,200.00 to <br />$16,200.00 <br />The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member =,t..;., and upon a vote being taken, <br />thereon, the following members in favor thereof: Malvin, Sullivan, <br />Hodges, Blanchard <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />whereupon said resoltuion was declared duly pass and adopted <br />M -yor Acting <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk <br />of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY certify that I <br />have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on <br />the date therein indicated and that the same is a full true and correct <br />copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the declaration <br />of excess funds on band in the sinking fund for Water Improvement Bo <br />and requesting a reduction in taxes therefor. <br />WITNESS my hand officially and the o c <br />14th day of October, 1963 <br />9. ape's r+ir <br />
