1 <br />and interest due thereon, are hereby abated by this Village Council and the <br />County Auditor is directed to make the following adjustments to his records. <br />For Waterworks Improvement No. 1962 -1 the total assessment due for <br />the year 1962 is: <br />$165.04 <br />It is the intent of this resolution and it is the agreement of <br />the Village of Mounds View and Donald Voge that the above described payment <br />in the amount of $165.04 which includes interest is to be fully abated and the <br />County Auditor is to adjust his records accordingly. <br />Member Blanchard seconded the motion and upon roll call the <br />following vote was taken: <br />Those voting in favor of the resolution: Sullivan,.
