RESOLUTION NO. 143 <br />VILLIGE OP MOUNDS VIE''." <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING MOUNDS VIEW RESOLUTIONS NO. 120, <br />NO. 124 AND NO. 135 PERTAINING TO DIVISIONS 31739. 32255, <br />AND 31702. <br />Yursusut to due call and notice thereof, at a regular meeting of the <br />Villages :ounsil c•i the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota held at the Village <br />Hall in said Vil' a„e un the 13 day of Januar LiA6Q at b:00 <br />o'cloc, p.m. with the io1lowin6 members present: <br />Hodges, Blanchard, Sullivan, TWO tad, La Yackue <br />and the following members absent: <br />None <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution a.,d moved <br />its adoption: <br />Whereas, in order to correct certain divisions and assessments relative <br />to Divisions 31739, 32255, and 31702 the Mounds View Council does hereby <br />rescind resolutions No. 120, No. 124 avid No. 135. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Council hereby correc tae original <br />assessment M.A. 41 Lateral Water Main improvement L361 -1 relative to }parcel <br />07005 and 08005 described as follows: <br />07005 The North 233 feet of the South 2025 feet of the r 264 feet <br />of the NE 1/4 and subject to road; the M tS feet of the South <br />1940 feet of the East 264 feet of the Vest 5.245 feet of Said <br />NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23 <br />00005 The North 85 feet of the South 2025 feet of the East 264 feet <br />of the West 528 feet of the NE 1/4 (subject to road) in Section <br />6, Township 30, Range 23: <br />be it noted that 07005 was originally assessed nothing and should now be <br />corrected to read $46.65; <br />and that 08005 was originally assessed $311.00 and should now be corrected to <br /> aI read $264.35. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the following division of property and <br />assessments be made: <br />Division No. 31702 <br />Original assessment was as follows: <br />A.
