Pursuant to due call and notices thereof, a regular meting of the <br />village Council of the Village of Hounds View, Minnesota was held at tha Village Hall <br />in said Village on the 27th day of January, 1964 at 8 :00 p.m. with the following <br />members present: D nalc! T:.dges, 11 'yd B1anc'.ar_3, anota2 <br />i,arles e <br />and the following members absent: J T Sullivan <br />Member D nald H dk,;es introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: f# <br />A RESOL6TTION`CORRECTING ASSESSMENT FOR LATERAL, WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT 1960 -1 and 1960 -2. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the assessment <br />for the N 330 ft. of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of See. 5, Township 30, Mange 23 an incorrectly <br />made, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the aswsme:ment <br />should be made pursuant to the sheet attached hereto and ■ade• a part hereof, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the N 330 ft. of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 <br />of Sec. 5, Township 30, Range 23 be assessed in the total amount of $1,03:9.50 which <br />figure represents an abatement of $78.54 to the original assessment en this parcel of <br />property. <br />The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county, <br />and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the name manner as other <br />municipal taxes. <br />seconded by Member Rusted <br />voted in favor thereof: d oes, t?_lanchard, .us tad i alJaque <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING- <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TSSE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MIHNESOWA <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and upon a vote being taken, the foilawing reabers <br />:1 ne <br />
