Feb. 10,1964 at 9:00 P.M. <br />(amok kpts. on Groberg) Seconded by aVaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Skiba reported that the meters removed from the village by a <br />realtor.(reported at previous meeting) have been returned. <br />Mr. Piehowski presented plans for Cross of Glory Church, and requested <br />approval. Motion by lanchard to concur with building inspector°. re- <br />commendation and ahthorire him to issue building permit farCCroaa of <br />Glory Church. Seconded by LaVaque. 4 Ayes• <br />The Engineer reported that the new state aid requirements necessitated <br />the purchase of a new traffic counter by the village. This was laid over <br />to the next regular meeting for cost estimates by the Engineer. <br />The Attorney was directed to work with the Engineer and to prepare a <br />formal contract for engineering services. <br />The Engineer presented orall rs <br />y a request by the County follc+: <br />1. County to designate Fairchild Ave. as County Read. <br />2. i alternates north of Highway 1110. <br />L filed Oak Drive <br />Extension,of Fairchild Ave. <br />The Attorney was inetrutted to ascektain whether or not the Count wile <br />pdy for easements and the Council can wake a decision an which alternate <br />route to take at that time. <br />Tha Attorney presented a resolution to request the County to change <br />the name of Spring Lake Park Road to Spring Lake Road. Motion by Blanchard <br />to adopt Resolution #145. Seconded by Rusted. 4 Ryes. <br />A resolution referring to change of ::easements for project 1960 -1 <br />and 1960 -2 was presented. Motion by Hodges to adopt Resolution #146. <br />Seconded by Rusted. 4 Ayes. <br />A resolution referring tc change of assessments for protect 1961 -1 <br />was presented. Motion by Rustad to adopt Resolution #147. Seconded by <br />LaVaque. 4 Ayes. <br />A resolution regarding certain assessments was presented. Motion by <br />LaVaque to adopt Resolution #149. Sec !nded by Rusted. 4 Ayes. <br />Resolution #148 covers the following divisions: #32738(&A. 32981 <br />(MA 34 35), 32473. 32773 (AA 35,37), 321343 ('.;A 34 r+ 37). <br />A resolution abating assessment of 11.36 was presented. Motion by <br />Hodges to adopt Resolution #149.
