Attest: <br />erk <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW) <br />(SEAL) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS The Board of Ramsey County Commissioners did adopt a <br />resolution on December 30, 1963, establishing, locating and designating the <br />following as County State Aid Highways <br />CSAH 44 Silver Lake Road from Rice Creek Road (CSAH 11) to County <br />Road I (CSAH 3) <br />CSAH 3 County Road I from Silver Lake Road (CSAH 44) to T. H. 10 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of <br />Mounds View that the action of the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners <br />establishing, locating and designating the County State Aid Highways as set out <br />above within the corporate limits of the Village of Mounds View is, in all things, <br />approved. <br />Passed and adopted this 24thday of February 1964. <br />e. <br />yor <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of <br />the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village <br />Council of said Village held on February 27, 1964 with the original minutes thereof <br />on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript <br />thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution establishing, locating and <br />designating certain streets in the Village as County State Aid Highways. <br />WITNESS My nand officially and the official sa:1 of the Village <br />this ..24.t of February, 1964. <br />t <br />V lla C1aterli <br />
