At a regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Mounds View <br />held on the .th day of March 1564, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., councilman <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard made the following resolution; <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District has forwarded <br />to and proposed that the Village of Mounds View and said District should enter <br />into a sewer use agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View is desirious of entering into <br />said agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, said agreement consists of the following documents, the <br />master agreement, the agreement between the City of Minneapolis and the North <br />Suburban Sanitary Sewe District relative to the inter connection of sewers, to <br />Exhibit B which is a plat of the district and service boundaries, Exhibit C which <br />is a statenent of schedule of charges established by the North Suburban Sanitary <br />Sewer District and provisions and conditions relating thereto, the City of <br />Fridley agreement for sewer use with the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District, <br />the resolution adopted by the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District dated the <br />nth day of I1nrch 1964. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Village of <br />Mounds View hereby approves of and agrees to enter into the sewer use agreement <br />tendered to it by the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District dated the '?th day <br />of March 1964, and <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MI.NNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY <br />SEWER DISTRICT SEWER USE AGREEMENT, AND AUTNc 1a!NG <br />THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT. <br />the Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and the Clerk to execute <br />and final form of said agreement, and <br />it being provided however, that it is understood that the Village <br />of Mounds View shall have the option to adopt any contract revisions made subsequent <br />
