objected to and appealed from such assessments, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View and <br />Cecilia E. Moga, Josephine Moga, Lucya Moga and John Moga have negotiated and <br />agreed to compromise the assessment so levied in the following manner, <br />Council Member Blanchard moved the following resolution: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View that the above described assessments, are hereby abated by this <br />Village Council and the County Auditor is directed to make the following adjustments <br />on his records. <br />For Waterworks Improvement 1960 -1 there remains as of the 27th day <br />of February, 1964 on the NO of NS} of Section 17, T. 30, R. 23 the outstanding <br />balance of said assessment in the amount of $3,793.68, and from this amount as <br />a result of the negotiations and compromise settlement that from the above amount <br />the sum of $800.00 should be fully abated leaving the balance of the above described <br />assessment in the amount of $2,993.68 and the County Auditor is to adjust his <br />records accordingly. <br />Member LaVa^ ue seconded the motion and upon roll call the <br />following vote was taken: <br />those voting in favor of the resolution: Donald Hodges, Lloyd Blanchard, <br />John L.
