EXTRACT OF MINUT^S OF A MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGZ COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />March 23, 1964 <br />CHANGE IN: Sprvice Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 <br />Trustee Ingram Rustad moved: <br />RESOLUTION =1156 <br />;1HERZAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council <br />of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 t'le special assessments <br />for the construction of Service Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 <br />were levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein, <br />AND WHEREAS, the above ::entioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, said list made a part herein. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Service Water Improvement 1960 -1 and <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960 -2 <br />to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. <br />Seconded by Charles LaVaque <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />1, the undersigned being the duly quglified Village <br />Clerk of said Village DO '_wREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com- <br />pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of <br />the Village Council of said Village held on March 23, 1964 <br />at st00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office, <br />and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom <br />insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for <br />Service Water Improvement <br />1960 -1 and 1960 -2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of <br />certain properties. <br />WITNESS my 'land and seal of said Village this 23rd <br />day of March 19 64. <br />(SEAL) <br />Ayes 5 <br />Village C1'rk <br />Village of Mounds View <br />
