Member Blanchard <br />moved its adoption: Resolution #j158 <br />Resolution #158 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Mianesota was held at thn Village <br />13th April <br />Hall in said Village on the 2ges. day of 1964 at 8 :00 p.m. with the following <br />members present: Donald Hodges, Lloyd J. Blanchard, John L. Sullivan, <br />Ingrain Rustad, Charles LaVamue <br />and the following members absent: none <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following <br />assessments for Service Water Improvement 196u -1 and 1960 -2 have been levied against <br />the following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such assessments should <br />be abated as follows: <br />Iron Works Plat, E 1/2 of vac alley adj lots 1 thru 7 <br />W 1/2 of vac alley adj lots 24 thru 27, Block 1 <br />in the amount of $105.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessment <br />be abated in the total amount of $105.00. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate <br />of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />`I seconded by Member Rustad and upon a vote being taken the following members <br />voted in favor thereof: Hodges, Blanchard, Sullivan, Rustad, LaVaaue <br />and the following members voted against the same: none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Mayor <br />J <br />
