WHEREAS, this municipality is included within the North Suburban Hospital <br />District, a district organized and existing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />447.31 to 447.37, inclusive, and including the areas of the City of Fridley and the <br />Villages of Blaine, Hilltop, Lexington, Mounds View and Spring Lake Park, and <br />WHEREAS, by Laws 1963, Chapter 300 the Legislature of the State of Minne- <br />sota has authorized the detachment of any city or village from the district by the <br />procedure provided for dissolution or for organization of the district, which pro- <br />cedure requires approval by resolution of the governing body of each of the munici- <br />palities comprising the District, and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Lexington has by resolution re- <br />quested that the area of said Village be detached from the District, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Vill aged¢ Mounds <br />View Minnesota, that the detachment of the Village of Lexington from the <br />North Suburban Hospital District, pursuant to the provisions of Laws 1963, Chapter <br />300, is approved by the Villageof Mounds View <br />Attest: <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />Village of Mounds View Minnesota, hereby certify that the attached and forego- <br />ing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Council of <br />saidVi llage at a meeting thereof duly called and held on May 11 1964, <br />a quorum being present at said meeting; and that upon vote being taken upon the adop- <br />tion of said resolution, the resolution was approved by the vote of 5 members <br />of the Council, with 0 members voting against the same. <br />1964. <br />(SEAL) <br />Passed this 11 day of May <br />RESOLUTION 161 <br />1964. <br />WITNESS my hand and the seal of said.
