iy <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View that the road hereinafter described should be designated as a municipal <br />state aid street under the provision of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: <br />Member Blanchard moved as follows: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View that the road described as follows, to -wit: <br />Edgewood Drive from County Road H to County Road H2. <br />be and hereby is established, located, and designated as a municipal state <br />aid street of said village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk of hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br />Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and upon his approval of the <br />designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, <br />improved and maintained as a municipal state aid street of the Village of <br />Mounds View, to be known as Edgewood Drive. <br />Said motion was seconded by Member Rustad <br />(SEAL) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 162 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID <br />HIGHWAY. <br />Those voting in favor: Rustad, Hodges, Blanchard, Sullivan <br />and La Vague <br />those voting against: None <br />Adopted the 25 day of May <br />1964. <br />I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution duly passed, adopted and approved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View on the 25 day of <br />
