its adoption: <br />Member Rustad <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on the 22nd day of June, 1964 at 8:00 p.m. with the following members <br />present: Hodges, Blanchard, Rustad, La Vaque <br />and the following members absent: None <br />A RESOLUTION INDICATING NO SEWER HOOK -UPS UNTIL OUTLET PROVIDED <br />164 <br />WHEREAS, in order to receive permission for the construction of a <br />sanitary sewer system within the Village of Mounds View approval from the State Board <br />of Health is required, and <br />WHEREAS, such permission will not be granted until the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Sewer District provides for an outlet for sewage disposal, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View will permit no services or sanitary sewage flows to the proposed Mounds <br />View interceptor system or lateral system until such time that the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Sewer District provides a sewage outlet to the village. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Blanchard and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in <br />favor thereof: Blanchard, Hodges, La Vaque, Rustad <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />-i 1 <br />M ayo <br />7 <br />
