RESOLUTION NO. 167 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN APPLICATION. <br />At a special meeting of the Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View held on the 14th day of July, 1964 at the Village Hall located <br />at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul 12, Minnesota, the following resolution <br />was considered and adopted by the Village Council as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Conservation Department, Division of <br />Waters regulates the flow of certain waters in the State of Minnesota, <br />and Village of Mounds View, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has applied for a permit <br />from said Department to realign certain flow of waters in the Village <br />of Mounds View, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View that the Mayor of said village is authorized <br />to sign the permit application described above. <br />Member Rustad moved said resolution and Member <br />Schott seconded it. <br />Those voting in favor: Hodges, Blanchard, Schott, <br />Rustad, La Vague <br />Those voting against: None <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared adopted and passed the <br />date first above written. <br />Attest: <br />
