A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 64- <br />WHEREAS, It is proposed to improve Fairchild Avenue between <br />County Road H and County Road I by a watermain improvement, and to improve <br />Fairchild Avenue from County Road I to S.T.H. #10 by installing water mains <br />and sanitary sewer lines, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended), <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUNDS VIEW, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Comstock Davis for <br />study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br />speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 2 day of August <br />RESOLUTION NO. /70 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />1964. <br />
