WHEREAS, a petition requesting the vacation of the North one -half of <br />Woodcrest Drive located between 4th Street and Edgewood Drive in the Village of <br />Mounds View, more specifically described as follows: <br />HiiSOLUT10N NO. 173 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />IIIOUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING EASEMENT <br />The North 30' of the south 744.43' of the east 1/4 of the southwest <br />1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, <br />was submitted to the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 412.851, and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was set and held on the 14th day of September, 1964 <br />at 9:00 o'clock P.M. at the Mounds View Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul <br />12, Minnesota, and <br />WHEREAS such persons as desired to be heard with reference to the natter <br />were given an opportunity to be heard, and <br />WHEREAS no objections were raised to the vacation of this street, <br />Councilman Schott moved the following resolution: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the North one -half of Woodcrest Drive <br />located between 4th Street and Edgewood Drive located in the Village of Mounds View, <br />more specifically described as follows: <br />The North 30' of the South 744.43' of the east 1/4 of the southwest <br />1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23 <br />is hereby vacated. Member Blanchard seconded the motion and upon a vote being taken <br />the following members voted aye: Schott, Blanchard, Hodges, Rustad and La'laque. <br />Those voting against the proposition: None. The resolution was thereby passed and <br />approved the 28 day of <br />Se pt <br />1964. <br />
