EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 178 -2 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said <br />Village on the 23rd day of November, 1964 at 8 :00 p.m. with the following members <br />present: Hodges, Blanchard, Rustad, La Vaque, Schott <br />and the following members absent: None <br />adoption: <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determf ed that the following assessments <br />for Lateral Water and Service Water Improvement 1961 -1 and Area Water Improvement <br />1960 -1 and 1960 -2 have been levied against the following described property in th <br />of Mounds View and such assessments should be abated as follows: <br />Registered Land Survey No. 153, Tract A in the amount of $102.62 for <br />MA #41 <br />Registered Land Survey No. 153, Tract A in the amount of $11.47 for <br />MA #34 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessments <br />be abated in the amounts of $102.62 and $11.47. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of <br />this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly sve*uded <br />by Member Hodges and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in <br />favor thereof: Hodge, Blanchard, La Vaque, Schott, Rustad <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
