adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />and upon vote being taken the following members voted <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 178 -'3 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on the 23rd day of November, 1964 at 6:00 p.m. with the following <br />members present: Hodges, Blanchard, La Vague, Rustad, Schott <br />and the following members absent: None <br />adoption: <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following,, assessments <br />for Lateral Water Extension Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 have been levied against <br />the following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such assessment <br />should be abated as follows: <br />Sub3 to Rd Ave; the E 1/2 of W 1/ of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of <br />Sec. 8, Township 30, Range 23 in the amount of $65.45 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessment be <br />abated in the amount of $65.45. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the <br />by Member Hodges a <br />a <br />in favor thereof: Hodges, Blanchard, La Vague, Rustad, Schott <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
