EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE OUNC IL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE`1 HELD ON <br />NfVEMIRR 23, 1964 <br />RESOLUTION 178 -1 <br />CHANGE IN: AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT 1960 -1 AND 1960 -2 <br />e"'N WiDiA t}: Clerk Blanchard moved: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council <br />of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 the special assessments <br />for the construction of AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT 1960 AND 1960 <br />were levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein, <br />AND WHEREAS, the above :.,entioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, said list made a part herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />Of Mounds View, that the assessments for AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT 1960 AND 1960 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified <br />to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the <br />amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. <br />Seconded by Hodges <br />5 Ayes <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE. <br />I, the undersigned being tie duly qualified Village <br />Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com- <br />pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of <br />the Village Council of said Village held on November 23. 196 <br />at 8209 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office, <br />and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom <br />insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for <br />AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />1960 and 1960 -2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of <br />certain properties. <br />WITNESS my 'land and seal of said Village this <br />day of November 19 64, <br />(SEAL) <br />Ville :e erk <br />Village of Mounds View <br />23rd <br />
