Motion Carried. <br />Mr. E. John Abdo, Attorney. representing Harold Ellsworth <br />and Harry Tankhanel who applied for a special use permit to build a <br />Mobile Home Park on the Moga Rice Creek Area. <br />Motion by La Vague to refer this matter to the Planning <br />Commission. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Ricochet.. Manager of the Bel Rae Ballroom. requested <br />permission from the Village Council to install a reflector on the <br />Village 'fater Tower. This reflector is to allow live T.Y. to be <br />broadcast from the Ballroom. <br />Motion by Hodges to refer to the Attorney the question <br />of legality of leasing Public property to private individuals and <br />instruct the Attorney o give an opinion on the request to permit <br />installation of a reflector on the Mounds View 'pater Tower to be used <br />as a TV antenna. The Council would call a special meeting to discuss <br />and to take action on this request. Seconded by La Vague. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mayor Hodges stated that the dog catcher had been instructed <br />to enforce the dog control ordinance at all Village Skating rinks. <br />Mr. A. Hillsdale requested information on the drainage <br />problem on Bronson Road and Adams. This was referred to the Engineer. <br />Mayor Hodges reported on the Mobile Hone Park Developement <br />Meting held on December 7, 1964 at the Village Hall. This <br />referred to the Moga Rice Creek area. <br />Mayor Hodges reported en the December 1C, 1964 meeting in <br />St. Paul for the Suburban Mayor and Officials. The meeting requested <br />by Mayor Vavolis, spent time discussing the entire range of suburban <br />problemv. <br />Mayor Hodges reported that the ice skating rinks are ready. <br />the warming houses are open. and attendants are wcrkinn. <br />Trustee Rustad asked about having a warning house on Spring <br />Lake. Mayor Hodges reported that one stars are reing planned toward <br />this goal. <br />Trustee Rustad read the Police report for November.
