RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE BOARD OF <br />.RiSTEES OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEER DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1965„ <br />RESOLUTION NO., 183 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILIAGB/CITY OP Mounds View <br />SECTION 1: That pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1961, Extra Session, Chapter 90, <br />Sec„ 5, Subdivision 2, the Council of the Village /City of <br />Mnunrle Vim./ makes the following selection and appointment, to -wit: That <br />jnaram C. Rus adis hereby appointed from among the members of the Council of the <br />Village /City of MnnnAe Viola as a member of the Board of Trustees of the North <br />Suburban Sanitary Sewer District to serve on said Board of Trustees of the North <br />Suburban Sanitary Sewer District during the year 1965 and until his successor is <br />appointed and qualified., That before commencing said service on said Board of <br />Trustees, the said appointee shall qualify for said service as required by law, <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS _14 DAY OP Ja nuary 196_1 <br />
