VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RED OAK DRIVE BETWEEN T.H. 10 <br />AND COUNTY ROAD J AS A COUNTY ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of Mounds View, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, is considering the effect of the relocation of T.1.10 <br />by the Minnesota Highway Department and the proposed interchange at <br />its intersection with Red Oak Drive extended, and <br />WHEREAS, for the orderly continuation of the County Road <br />system, it will be necessary to provide a connection to this proposed <br />interchange for the welfare of the public as a whole, and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest and welfare of the <br />public that this designation be done at this time so that future <br />.mprovements and maintenance be directed toward improving and routing, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners by and hereby is petitioned to designate Red Oak Drive <br />between present T.H.IO and County Road J as a County Road. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly introduced by Malvin and seconded by Rusted <br />and upon a vote being take, the following members voted in favor thereof: <br />Hodges, Blanchard, Rustad, Malvin, La Vague <br />and the following members voted against the same: none <br />'whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />-0 <br />Mayor <br />
