RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS The Board of Ramsey County Commissioners did adopt a resolution <br />on January 11, 19 revoked as a County State Aid Highway that portion <br />of County Road I (C.S.A.H. 3)from Silver Lake Road (C.S.A.H. 44) to Trunk <br />Highway 10 and established, located and designated as an extension of <br />County State Aid Highway No. 44, a portion of Silver Lake Road described <br />as: <br />Commencing at the intersection of County Road I at the south one quarter <br />corner of Section 6, T. 30 N., R. 22 W., thence north and northeasterly <br />to its intersection witu the centerline of Trunk Highway 10, approximately <br />1,472 feet north of the south line of said section as measured along the <br />centerline of said highway <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View that the action of the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners revoking <br />that portion of County Road I and designating the extended .gent of <br />Silver Lake Road as set out above within the corporate limits of the <br />Village of Mounds View, is, in all things, approved. <br />Attest <br />Accepted Januar <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution passe :1, adopted and approved by the Village of Mounds View <br />Council on Januar 11 1965 <br />
