RESOLUTION 188 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THR VILLAGE COUF-': IL OF THE <br /> mm VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on the 8th day of February, 1965 at 8 :00 p.m. with the <br />following members present: Hodges, Blanchard, Malvin, LaVaque <br />and the following members basent: Rusted <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following <br />assessments for Lateral Water and Service Water Improvement 1962 -3 have been levied <br />against the following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such <br />assessment should be abated as follows: <br />Lot 7, Block 2, Johnson Terrace in the amount of $254.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessment be <br />abated in the partial amount of $254.00 and that the assessment remaining on the <br />above described property is in the total amount of $638.30. <br />The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of <br />this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in <br />favor thereof: Hodges, Blanchard, Malvin, LaVaque <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adoahed. <br />Villa rk <br />yor <br />
